Emailing to shared folders in Kolab3

Hi, 

I've used this link:

to try and understand how to email shared folders in Kolab3. The link
is meant for Kolab 2, but thought I'd try and get it working on Kolab3. 

I haven't really been successful. 

Could someone explain if there is the capability to email shared
folders in Kolab3?
