How to connect an IMAP client to Kolab 3

Many thanks for your reply. 

I tested with imtest and
(for the first time) it authenticated OK. 

I then used
"first.last at domain.tld" with port 993 SSL and Thunderbird created the
account and was able to login. 

Not sure why the STARTTLS in
Thunderbird isn't working, but I will look for instructions now to setup
a proper SSL certificate replacing the "localhost" one that's in the OS.
