Issues with changing user quota

Huge thanks to jmeeuwen on IRC, I have noodled around and fixed this 
issue. The fix is pretty simple:

Edit /etc/kolab/kolab.conf and look for 'default_quota =' under your 
domain and edit/remove the figure from there. Restart kolabd (service 
kolabd restart), edit your user in webadmin and remove the figure there 
and you should be fine.
