Kolab 3 on Debian wheezy, kolab-utils missing?

Hello,

Yesterday I started playing with Kolab 3 on Debian wheezy. I had some
success, but also a number of problems:

Sending of mails fails with a TLS error: this seems to be a known ssl
problem of Kolab 3 on Debian wheezy.

Another problem is that I could not find "kolab-formatupgrade". This
command seems to be part of the package kolab-utils, which I could not
find in the Debian repository. Is this a known problem? Or is there
another way to upgrade the format?
