Debian 7 / Kolab 3 installation - setup-kolab

This guide worked fine for me when installed on Debian 7 (wheezy).

Only problem I had was that due to a typo mistake in the domain name, I
could not cleanup the kolab config (also did not find any applicable guide
or switch in setup-kolab.
Needed to start from scratch to correct this.
