Removed php-pecl-memcache-3.0.5-4.el6.x86_64 and voila it works.

Should I still open a ticket on bugzilla?

Try to remove this package. You can also disable cache in
/etc/kolab/kolab.conf, just remove memcache_hosts from [kolab_wap] section.

Please, create a ticket in bugzilla.
