Who has read an email in a group

In our company we have groups that should have an group mail address that contains members with a individual mail address. If a member of a group read a group mail, all other group members needs to see which group member has seen the mail at which time.

Also if a group member deletes a group mail, the mail should not removed for other group members. 

Does kolab support such features?
