It seems that you have 3.0 installed. In fact the version you have
installed seems to be from the previous mirror (mirror.kolabsys.com) [1].
Remove the repository and add the OBS one for kolab 3.0 (or maybe 3.1 ?)
and upgrade kolab packages. The 3.0.0-10 build which is in Kolab 3.0 OBS
repository depends on kolab-freebusy which you don't seem to have
installed. That package is necessary for freebusy or, as you put it,
participant availability.
