imapsync very poor performance

Right, well apart from imapsync being generally tremendously slow, maybe
you need to restart cyrus-imapd after having mounted the directories (to
force it to re-open them). I did a bit of fudging around with it, but I
really can't remember the specifics, I'm afraid...
