So for me, I have the latest kolab-syncroton as shown:

# rpm -q kolab-syncroton
kolab-syncroton-2.1-0.2.rc2.el6.kolab_3.0.noarch

You should enable the "kolab-3.0-development" repo, then install the 
updated packages from that repo if you want the latest versions.
