Hi Franz,

thanks a lot for your testing! This is very appreciated. Many people are
waiting for Debian packages, but few have time to help out. So you will make
many people very happy.

The points you have raised might be more suitable to the kolab-devel [1]
mailing list that we currently use for packaging discussions. Feel free to
subscribe there and join the fun. The packaging repositories [2] are public
although write-access requires special permissions which we would be happy to
give you if you want to work on the packages directly.

Not yet.

On our bugzilla instance we are keeping track of issues [3] that are still
blocking fully working Debian packages. As you can see, there are still a few
to resolve. If you like, get an account there and log the issues you found as
well, so we can keep track of their status and everybody knows whats left to
be done. Please enter issue 728 as blocking for new Debian issues you create.
If you like to work on some of these issues yourself feel free to assign the
bug to yourself ;)

I thought that Johannes applied this patch already. The bug isn't marked as
resolved so I suppose the fix hasn't been packaged yet.

I also think this has been fixed already.

It would be awesome if you could help us with the init scripts :)

Thanks and Regards,
Torsten
