Kolab 3.0 with Debian Wheezy

I installed Kolab 3.0 on Debian Wheezy yesterday. Then I tried to
connect to it via Thunderbird. Thunderbird is complaining about "The
current operation on 'Inbox' did not succeed. The mail server for
account stefan at abcde.com.au responded: Mailbox does not exist". Exactly
the same setup works in CentOS 6.3 without a problem. But I'd prefer to
have Debian installed.

Here is the mail.log:

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
