Kolab2 v2.3.3 IOERROR file user_deny.db does not exist

Hi,

Thanks a lot for the detailed description of a possible fix.

We already found this bug [1] and fixed it. In fact it was already fixed in 
Kolab 2.3.1 but when I updated cyrus in 2.3.3 I also updated cyrus and removed 
our workaround because I thought it had been upstreamed.

The  Release of the new package is pending and will happen with Kolab 2.3.4 
tomorrow.
