I've checked the calendar user has write permissions using properties, access 
control in kontact E3, as well as checking with cyradm.  both show all 
permissions granted.  I also checked the directories have write access.

This is happening on several servers - all kolab 2.2.3 on debian lenny.

There are some resource accounts and user accounts that work.  I cannot create 
a new user and have working invitations with "reject if conflict".

I'm setting up a 2.3.2 server for testing, but I would really like to get the 
others working as they are.
