Problem with Z-Push install

Plase replace

	define('KOLAB_INDEX',"@@@localstatedir@@@/z-push/kolabindex");

with

	define('KOLAB_INDEX',"/kolab/var/z-push/kolabindex");

in /kol/etc/kolab/templates/zpush-config.php.template
