compile error on kolab-server-2.3.4 / Ubuntu 10.04

There seemed to be many issues with kolab on Ubuntu 11.10 so I am
falling back to Ubuntu 10.04.

I get much further in the build process but I end up with:

  CXX    SelectionDAGPrinter.lo
  CXX    TargetLowering.lo
g++: Internal error: Killed (program cc1plus)
