I have exactly the same problem.  This *used* to work in the past, but after some Win XP security update, Lookout seems to have problems with the self-created certificates used for the https connection, although I imported my CA certificate as "trusted CA" in Windows.  Entering the same URI as above in Internet Exploder *does* work, though, i.e. the FB list is loaded.

Just try to use a http instead of the https connection to validate the uri.  However, you should not use authentication in this case...

If you find a solution for this issue, please let me know.  This is really confusing!
