Horde Calendars

Indeed, I've done this and successfully synced both calendars and contacts.
It works great and the iPhone does a nice job of presenting the local and
remote calendars/contacts merged or separated.

The kolab global calendar doesn't work yet, but hopefully that feature will
be added in time.
