prblem with install on Gentoo based Linux

The Gentoo Port of the Kolab Server is not maintained any longer. I  
simply lack the time to continue it.

I should ensure that this is made clearer on the pages that still  
reference the project. It is an item on my TODO-list but I did not  
complete it yet.
