Yes it is. But check carefully the configuration of the compiled Apache used by 
Kolab OpenPkg install before installing a LAMP site inside. It's not the same 
options (modules, compilation and co.) than your OpenSUSE packages.

Personaly, an ugly but easier solution is to limitate the Kolab apache server 
to https and to put your other hosts in a classic apache server installed with 
the packages of your distribution. You have two distinct apache servers which 
work on your physical server. It's not good, not clean. But you can put 
everything you want in your usual host and Kolab apacher server remains for 
Kolab only.
