Migration from cyrus IMAPD 2.2.3/Web-cyradm to kolab

That might be possible. Depends a little bit on the configuration of  
your old server. You'd probably also have to run cyrreconstruct to fix  
the folders.

But if you really only have a few accounts then I'd also suggest imapsync.
