It looks to have to do with postfix parameter masquerade_domains

http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#masquerade_domains

edit file /kolab/etc/kolab/templates/main.cf.template

comment line about masquerade_domains

run kolabconf

then retry !

Which version of kolab are you using ?
