I am getting there (I think) I still have a little problem and I had this on 
Kolab 1 too: If I delete a user, the user then shows up as deleted, waiting 
for clean up, but the clean-up never completes. I can't see much in the logs.
Also slapd in debug mode doesn't show anything suspicious.
