Kolab Mail archiving - software, methods, experiences?

But this is not an archiving solution as you are talking about a backup. 
If the user deletes the mail from the mailbox it will also be gone from 
your backup. You can keep old versions of course but then you have to 
restore the old state and can not simply search through your archive. 
Normally backup and archiving have to be setup in parallel.
