Klamav is a clamav control program that sits in the system tray for kde.

The problem is the klamav filter in kmail. It basically sends any message
over two bytes to clamav for scanning then tags the message accordingly. It
seems to me that it deletes the old message then puts the new one in with the
new headers, instead of just adding the new headers to the existing message.

I've turned off the kmail integration on the one PC that was running klamav
and that seems to have stopped the problem.

However, horde is still showing other deleted message that are still in my
inbox. I'm guessing here that kmail (my main email program) simply marks an
item as deleted instead of actually moving it to the trash folder and waits
for some other mechanism to purge the file. I haven't seen an option in
horde lately to purge the mailbox (I thought it used to be in the upper right
side in beta-2, but went missing in RC1).

Thanks,
Troy
