Reject instead of bounce

Yes, the version is marked as 2.1.99

It's a SuSE version.from their rpm's.

Sure, what is the interesting part here as the file is quite large? I 
didn't make any changes to the template so far so it's purely based on 
kolab.

This happens when the mail is delivered to the kolab server via SMTP.
