Kolab has stopped receiving mail

OK, master.cf yields the following:-

kolabfilter     unix  -       n       n       -       -       pipe
user=kolab-n
flags=n argv=/kolab/bin/php
     -c /kolab/etc/apache/php.ini
     -f /kolab/etc/resmgr/kolabfilter.php
     --
     -h kolab.mydomain.org.uk
     -s ${sender}
     -r ${recipient}
     -c ${client_address}
     -u ${sasl_username}

That file exists (kolabfilter.php) and I got loads of diskspace. What
I did notice was that postfix itself (ie not within openpkg) was
running at boot somehow so I stopped that. Now my resmgr.log looks
like :-

April 28 12:53:00 kolabfilter.php[7381]: Debug: Kolabfilter
successfully completed
April 28 12:53:00 kolabfilter.php[7382]: Debug: Kolabfilter starting

ie it seems as if mail is getting processed, however it ain't getting
to my inbox - I would think that this is progress as this log hadn't
been touched since mail went screwy on April 11th and now is -
however , where the mail is going after it has been processed remains
a mystery. For ref, the client_address listed here is my firewall
address and not that of the mail server interestingly..
