Kontact/KMail not creating Groupware Folers

I have installed OpenSUSE 10.3 and Kolab Server 2.1.0. Much to my
surprise 2.1.0 was pretty easy to install and configure. I have
sent/received emails using it as a std SMTP/IMAP server.

But I am have real problems getting the groupware side of things running.

First off, I can configure the groupware manually or by using
kolabwizard easily enough and the right resources appear to be setup in
Kontact, but the groupware folders (Contacts, Calendar, Tasks etc) never
appear in Kontact and when I try to add a contact I get the "No writable
resource" error.

I then tried adding the folder manually under the Inbox but they just
looked like std folders and I got the same error message trying to
create a contact.

I tried configuring Kontact to talk to another IMAP server (MDaemon) and
got the same problems.

KMail version = 1.9.6 (enterprise 20070904.708012)

Anyone know what the problem is?
