Horde Login Screen Stuck

This means that there is somethig basic misconfigured and Horde can't
start up. Do you have any fatal errors in your PHP log file?

Among the things I can imagine: missing PEAR packages, unwriteable
temporary directory, syntax errors in edited config files...
