Install Kolab on SUSE 10.2 or 10.3 - HOW ??

The native Kolab2/OpenSUSE port seems to have become less well
maintained recently. It is in general recommended to use the standard
Kolab2/OpenPKG version. This is after all the most tested and reliable
version.
