Dear kolab list,

as LDAP is the backbone of kolab I may be permitted to ask the question
about LDAP authentication for cyrus.
I am.

I am using both kolab and egroupware.

I think I can also go for LDAP authentication; which can also help me
to create cyrus imap totally automatically using the web-interface. at
present I am doing this by using sasldb2 which needs shell access.

I am already using LDAP addressbook and here is the ldif file I hv
created for it.

dn: dc=linux,dc=edu
objectClass: domain
dc: linux
structuralObjectClass: domain

dn: ou=adrbook-GER,dc=linux,dc=edu
ou: adrbook-GER
objectClass: top
objectClass: organizationalUnit
structuralObjectClass: organizationalUnit

dn: ou=adrbook-IND,dc=linux,dc=edu
ou: adrbook-IND
objectClass: top
objectClass: organizationalUnit
structuralObjectClass: organizationalUnit

and now I like to modify this file so that I can authenticate
cyrus-imap user against it. this also solve my targer that is; authenticate
cyrus -imap account so that user can access their email on the fly just
after creating their account.

so could any one suggest here ?
thanks
