/kolab/bin/sa-learn --showdots 
--spam /kolab/var/imapd/spool/domain/*/*/s/shared^spam/[1-9]* 
--dbpath /kolab/var/amavisd/.spamassassin

works fine for me, even when run as root. This is on kolab-2.1-rc1, btw., for 
2.0, the path to the imap folder differs.
