virtual PC in remote server ???

Joydeep,

You can do everything via ssh. If you are on a lan, you can scp the iso 
image of your preferred distro to the machine where you will install the 
virtual machine.
scp theimage.iso user at server:/home/user

You can run vmware via ssh by running
ssh -f -X -C user at server vmware.

Change the virtual cdrom in Vmware to the location of your theimage.iso

If you are on a wan, then you can tunnel vnc, providing you have X 
running on the server. he rest of the steps are pretty much the same.

There are many different ways to tackle this problem.
