Kontact cached imap synchronize

I only have 'Exclude from "Check Mail"' and 'Enable interval mail
checking', and unticking both seems like a good idea for me.

Kontact will synchronize the mails when you click on the
corresponding button then: "Check Mail In" in the tool bar if you
have "Mail" selected, i.e. not while viewing Contacts etc.
