as root:
# /kolab/bin/cyradm --user manager localhost

Use
 lam user/theusername/foldername at example.com
("*" as wildcard is partially allowed)
to look at the ACLs, usually "lrswipcda".

With the "sam" command you can set these ACLs:
 sam user/theusername/foldername at example.com theusername at example.com lrswipcda

Simply deleting them wouldn't update the mailboxes.db and
annotations.db, so you would need additional magic here, too.
