That is configurable in the client though.

In Kontact you can set the URL.

https://kolabserver.com:4430/freebusy/

Horde has a configuration for this as well in the calendar driver settings for 
the port number.

Can't remember Outlook with a connector, but as I recall it is configurable as 
well.
