smtp without autentication

Your question is not that clear; you want to be able to send emails through 
kolab from your local network without authentication or do you want to create 
a relay station for spammers? ;)

By default, kolab is configured to permit the local network to send mail 
without authentication only.
Check if you've entered the Privileged Networks properly in the kolab admin 
web interface. (Services tab)

Example: 192.168.0.0/24
The /24 is the subnetmask. (Number of bits)
