kolab install troubles (on debian testing)

This is not the Horde install documentation. Don't expect the Kolab  
team to cover everything of a Horde installation. It's a separate  
software, so it has a separate documentation. It's nice that they  
provide an installation guide, but if you use a CVS version, you have  
to accept that code changes.

If you have problems installing Horde, check the Horde resources. If  
you want to improve the documentation, great! Provide patches or  
update the wiki.
