Hi,
There is no general answer for this as it depends on what services you want to 
have available to the outside. Kolab comes with a bunch of services but you 
might not want them all. 
An easy way to see which ports are listening on your kolabbox is a simple 
netstat -tlp and you get a list of listening ports. This is a good starting 
point but I can not give you a list of ports to open. This depends as I said 
on your setup.
