Yes, I did import the cert.

It seems that an automatic update of the Antivirus client outlook plugin
caused all this trouble :-( There is a new feature (not a bug:) integrated
to scan out-going and in-coming mails by used protocols and ports. By
re-installing this plugin and configuring it well properly I solved my
problems and now I will keep my fingers crossed!
