I have now solution, i run periodically these commands under kolab-r user:

rm /kolab/var/imapd/spool/domain/ucetnictvi-on-line.cz/shared^spamspam/*
/kolab/bin/cyrreconstruct -rf shared.spamspam at ucetnictvi-on-line.cz
