missing imap folders

I did subscribe to the mail folders.  As for clients, we're using
HastyMail and Opengroupware.org on the web.  We also tried Thunderbird
and Outlook on the desktop.

I removed all stated files, the only thing I haven't done is reconfigure
the clients.  I'll give that a shot next.
