Failure i proftp

I have not clue why Horde would try to use or enable proftpd.
The bug seems to come out of the configuration for proftpd,
I suggest to play with 
/kolab/etc/kolab/templates/proftpd.conf.template
maybe removing the offensive line
and the run kolabconf and try.
