This is rather easy.

You simply may use the built_in functionality of Outlook which allows to
directly import from the old PST to the new Kolab storage.

The importer is reachable via File_Import/Export_Import from
Program/File_PST.

There is no need for any prior export of the calendar, contacts, etc...
from the old PST.

I just did this with KONSEC Konnektor and it worked liked described above.

I assume that it works similarily with Toltec Connector.
