fetchmail does stuff but no mail in inbox

Hello Lucy,

what a struggle.  I did something similar, in the end it worked but it is hard 
to tell why.  Some points:
- I'm just using the regular fetchmail that comes with my distribution.   

In /etc/fetchmail I have:
eos:~ # cat /etc/fetchmailrc
poll pop3.example.com proto pop3
user radoeka there with password secret kolabaccount at mydomain.tld options 
keep;

That works fine for me.  There was no need to refer to an mta or something 
like that.  What is important to note is, that once an email has been 
delivered it won't be delivered a second time.  So each time, you have to 
send a new test email to your email provider and have it fetched with 
fetchmail.
