Kolab2 Slapd hanging - master/slave replication issues

The template files should read:

index   objectClass     pres,eq
index   uid             	pres,eq
index   mail            	pres,eq
index   alias           	pres,eq

So that "presence" as well as equality check are faster. See
the manual page for slapindex and slapd.conf

BTW - Thanks to Dieter, the tuning seems to have the difference.
