Kolab2/Outlook2003 users shared calendars out of sync, any way to refresh them?

Yes, you need to "force" an update from local storage to the server.

This pretty much depends on the OL Connector being used. I cannot speak about 
Toltec but I know that KONSEC Konnektor allows explicity for this in the 
folder context menu (RMB)
