SSL_certificate Problem

Hi,

my Kolab 2 works great on SuSE9.3 using kontact. From Thunderbird on a 
windows-client I always get a wrong certificate warning.

My servers name is "maryland.usa". In /etc/hosts this is points to the 
real IP-address. From Windows I can`t use "maryland.usa" and have to use 
the IP instead.

- Is there an equivalent to "/etc/hosts" for Windows XP, to get rid of 
the message, that the certificate is not valid ?
