Ok,

I have got it working but I don't know the implications of what I have done.

I added 0.0.0.0/32 to the Privileged Networks setting in the web admin gui.


Am I correct in thinking that you have to tick the "Accept Internet 
Mail" option
and add 0.0.0.0/32 to the "Privileged Networks" to allow internet e-mail?
