Does Kolab support auth'ing against another LDAP?

Authentication is easy. Just edit the saslauthd.conf.template file in 
/kolab/etc/kolab/templates and point it to the correct server/DN.
As long as the email address (or uid) is the same on Kolab and your other

You can do bulk imports using LDAP utilities.

We did with Active Directory and Kolab1. It should be possible, but not "out
of the box". You will need to do coding on the perl-kolab modules for Kolab2.

Check out the Kolab::LDAP, Kolab::LDAP::Backend, etc. modules in perl-kolab.
